The registration fee for participants includes a congress bag, Final Programme, Abstract and Poster CD, admission to all parts of the congress, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception.
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes admission to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and access to the industrial exhibition.
Online registration
Participants are given the opportunity to register for the congress and social events via the following link: Online-Registration. Please follow the instructions on the website carefully. Online registration is only valid with credit card payment (Visa / Mastercard). If you have an American Express credit card or no credit card please return the enclosed registration form together with your payment until 16 December 2009 (reduced registration fee).
Please do not use the online registration for groups!
Group registration
In order to make a group registration please download the special group registration form. On this form you can enter all participants’ information together with your postal address and contact details. Please note that we need the complete individual addresses (hospital, department, street name and number, postal code, city) of each participant.

Payment of fees
All fees for congress registration and social events should be paid in Euro (€) to the Administrative Secretariat of the 20th ECCMID, clearly stating the participant's name and address. Payment can be effected either by bank transfer (free of charge) to UBS AG, Basel, Account No. 233-503010.74C (ECCMID 2010 c/o Congrex Switzerland Ltd.) (IBAN CH62 0023 3233 5030 1074C, BIC UBSWCHZH80A), by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by bank cheque.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the conference centre as proof of your registration.
Responsibility
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by forcemajeure, or should the nonappearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
