Registration Fees

The registration fee includes unlimited access to all scientific sessions, lunches and coffee breaks.

Registration
Registration can be made online; payment by credit card only. Alternatively please print the registration form and fax it to the Administrative Secretariat (+41 61 686 77 88).

Cancellation
Refund of fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until September 26, 2008. After this date no refund can be made for cancellations.

Name Changes
For any name changes, a handling fee of € 25 will be charged.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk as proof of your registration.

General Remark
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
