Hotel accommodation
Hotel rooms in various price categories in the city of Vienna have been reserved.
Online bookings
Participants can book their hotel room via internet. Full prepayment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is mandatory if you register on-line. Each participant will receive a confirmation. After 13 January 2010, hotel accommodation is subject to availability.
Hotel reservation form
If you have no access to the Internet, please send the enclosed Hotel Reservation Form as soon as possible or at the latest by 13 January 2010, to Congrex Travel Ltd. Following the above mentioned deadline, requests will be accepted, but hotel accommodation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. After this deadline a late reservation fee of € 30 will be charged. Additionally, the form offers you the choice to make either a deposit payment with rest payment by invoice to Congrex Travel Ltd. before the congress or a deposit payment with rest payment directly upon departure at the hotel against credit card guarantee.
Payment policy
To guarantee your reservation a deposit of € 200 is required. Please include either a copy of your bank transfer, your credit card details or a cheque made payable to Congrex Travel Ltd. Hotel requests without payment cannot be accepted. All requests will be handled on a “first come-first served basis”.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If your reservation is cancelled before 13 January 2010, the prepayment or deposit will be refunded less € 60 handling fee. If your reservation is cancelled after 13 January 2010 the deposit of € 200 is non refundable. Changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Congrex Travel Ltd. The hotel may charge no-show costs in the event of late arrival or early departure on the original booking dates.

Congrex Travel Ltd. will be present with a desk in the registration area during the meeting.
