EBMT Pre-Meeting Study Day for Nurses & Allied Health Professionals

As in previous years there will be a Pre-meeting Study Day aimed principally at nurses and allied health professional who are less experienced and new to the field of transplantation.

 

The focus of the 6th Annual Study Day will be Acute myeloid leukaemia in the morning and Quality of life issues in the afternoon.

 Advanced Practice Sessions
 

For more experienced nurses and allied health professionals (AHP) the Nurses Group is pleased to announce the continuation of an afternoon session on Sunday for this group of practitioners.

 

This session will be facilitated by C.Wendt (Lund, SE) and C. Eeltink (Amsterdam, NL), who delivered the workshop session on sexuality in Göteborg.

 

This year the advanced sessions will take the form of a training course for nurses and AHP – a train the trainer session – on Cancer and Sexuality. Attendees of the advanced sessions are welcome to also attend the morning session of the Pre-meeting study day or this session only. Attendance of the advance sessions will be limited and attendees have to pre-register.

 

Registration:
This study day is separate from the EBMT meeting and registration for the congress does not automatically entitle participation at the Nurses Pre-Meeting Study Day.
