How to get to the Universitätscampus (Altes AKH)
The Campus of the university is only 2 tramway stations away from the Main Building of the
University. The station Lange Gasse is right in front of the Campus. You can get there by using tramway 43, 44, 5 and 33.
From Westbahnhof
Take subway U6 (direction Floridsdorf) to Alser Straße
Change to tramway 43 (direction Schottentor) to Lange Gasse
Approximate time: 15 minutes
Or:
Take tramway 5 (direction Praterstern) to Lange Gasse
Approximate time: 15 minutes
From Südbahnhof
Take tramway D (direction Nussdorf/Beethovengang) to Schottentor
Change to tramway 43 or 44 to Lange Gasse
Approximate time: 30 minutes
From Bahnhof Wien Nord (Praterstern)
Take subway U2 (direction Karlsplatz) to Schottentor
Change to tramway 43 or 44 to Lange Gasse
Approximate time: 15 minutes
Or:
Take tramway 5 (direction Wien Westbahnhof) to Lange Gasse
Approximate time: 25 minutes
From Bahnhof Wien Mitte (Landstraße)
Take subway U4 (direction Heiligenstadt) to Schottenring
Change to subway U2 (direction Karlsplatz) to Schottentor
Change to tramway 43 or 44 to Lange Gasse
Approximate time: 15 minutes

Take subway U4 (direction Heiligenstadt) to Friedensbrücke
Change to tramway 5 (direction Wien Westbahnhof) to Lange Gasse
Approximate time: 20 minutes
From Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof
Take tramway 5 (direction Wien Westbahnhof) or tramway 33 (direction Josefstädter
Strasse) to Lange Gasse
Approximate time: 10 minutes
