* Students must be one of the authors of an accepted abstract and must provide proof of undergraduate student status. A written certification by the head of the programme is required and must be sent to Congrex Switzerland Ltd. (Fax +41 61 686 77 88).

 

The fee for active participants includes unlimited access to all sessions, the welcome reception, access to the exhibition, one copy of the final programme and one copy of the abstract book.
Please note: Although included in the registration fee, some sessions and the welcome reception require separate registration (see registration form).
The fee for accompanying persons includes the welcome reception and access to the exhibition.

Online Registration

Participants can register online. Please read the instructions on the website carefully. For online reservations, payment by credit card is required. Please do not use the online registration for group registrations!

Registration form

If you do not have access to the Internet, please send the registration form by 13 January 2010 (reduced registration fee) to the Organising Secretariat in Basel.

Group Registration

In order to make a group registration please download the special group registration form / Group registration policy. On this form you can enter all participants’ information together with your postal address and contact details. Please note that we need the complete individual addresses (hospital, department, street name and number, postal code, city) of each participant. For further assistance please contact the administrative secretariat at ebmt@congrex.com.

 

Please do not use the online registration for group registrations!

Congress Registration

The registration desk at the Austria Center Vienna is open during the following hours:

 

Saturday 20 March 2010: 17.00–19.00
Sunday 21 March 2010: 08.00–19.00
Monday 22 March 2010: 07.30–18.00
Tuesday 23 March 2010: 07.30–18.00
Wednesday 24 March 2010: 07.30–15.00

 

All documents including registration packets (congress wallet, personal name badge, abstract book, vouchers) will be handed out to the registered participants.

Payment

All fees for the congress registration and social events should be paid in EURO (€) to the EBMT 2010 Organising Secretariat – clearly stating the participant‘s name and address

 

Responsibility

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the congress centre as proof of your registration.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Refund of registration fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until 4 February 2010 to the Organising Secretariat in Basel, Switzerland. After this date no refund will be possible. For any change of names, a fee of € 30 will be charged.
