Online registration
Participants are given the opportunity to register for the congress and social events via the following link: Online-Registration. Please follow the instructions on the website carefully. Alternatively please return the enclosed registration form together with your payment until 15 January 2009 (reduced registration fee).
Group Registration
In order to make a group registration please request the special group registration form. On this form you can enter all participants’ information together with your postal address and contact details. Please note that we need the complete individual addresses (hospital, department, street name and number, postal code, city) of each participant.

What is included?
The registration fee for participants includes admission to all parts of the congress, congress bag, Final Programme, Abstract and Poster CD, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception as well as access to the industrial exhibition.
On-site registration
The registration desk at the Helsinki Fair Centre will be open during the following hours:

On-site registrations will be accepted but cannot be guaranteed to receive all congress documents. Please arrive early if you wish to register on-site.
Payment of fees
All fees for congress registration and social events should be paid in EURO to the Administrative Secretariat of the 19th ECCMID, clearly stating the participant's name and address. Payment can be effected either by bank transfer (free of charge) to UBS AG, Basel, Account No. 233-503010.57E (IBAN CH27 0023 3233 5030 1057E, BIC UBSWCHZH80A), by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by bank cheque.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the conference centre as proof of your registration.
Cancellation and refund policy
Refund of registration fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until 31 March 2009 to the Administrative Secretariat in Basel, Switzerland. After this date no refund will be possible. For any change of names, a fee of EUR 30 will be charged.
On-site changes of name badges due to incorrect submission of names and/or address data will be charged with EUR 10.
