Online reservation

Participants can book their hotel room online. Full prepayment by credit card is mandatory. Each participant will receive a confirmation. After 15 February 2012, hotel accommodation is subject to availability.

Manual Registration Processing Surcharge

Hotel bookings received by fax, mail or email are subject to an administration surcharge of EUR 20. Therefore, we encourage you to use the online hotel booking system that is safe, quick and easy and also gives you an immediate confirmation.

Cancellation and refund policy

If your hotel reservation is cancelled until 15 February 2012, the deposit will be refunded less € 60 handling fee. If your reservation is cancelled after 15 February 2012 or if you arrive later or leave earlier than indicated on your reservation, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds can be made. Any change of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of € 30. Changes or cancellations have to be made in writing. The hotels will not accept direct changes.
