To obtain CME (Continuing Medical Education) credits, please
complete the Programme Evaluation Form, which can be found in the
ECTRIMS / ACTRIMS Congress bag. Please, return the completed Evaluation
Form to the registration desk on Saturday, October 1, 2005. A Certificate
of Attendance noting the number of CME credits obtained is given to each
delegate upon receipt of the Evaluation Form.
