Hotel Accommodation
Hotel rooms in various price categories in the city of Düsseldorf have been reserved.
Online bookings
Participants can book their hotel room online. Full prepayment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is mandatory if you register on-line. Each participant will receive a confirmation. After 15 July 2009 hotel accommodation is subject to availability.
Hotel reservation form
If you have no access to the internet, please send the Hotel Reservation Form as soon as possible but latest by 15 July 2009, to Congrex Travel Ltd. After the above mentioned deadline, requests will be accepted, but hotel accommodation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. After this deadline a late reservation fee of € 30 will be charged.
To guarantee your reservation a deposit of € 200 is required. Please include either a copy of your bank transfer, your credit card details or a cheque made payable to Congrex Travel Ltd. Hotel requests without payment can not be accepted. All requests will be handled on a “first come-first served basis”.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If your reservation is cancelled before 15 July 2009, the prepayment or deposit will be refunded less € 60 handling fee. If your reservation is cancelled after 15 July 2009, no refunds can be made. Any change of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of € 30. Changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Congrex Travel Ltd. If you arrive later or leave earlier than the originally booked dates the hotel might charge no-show costs.

Congrex Travel Ltd. will be present with a desk in the registration area during the meeting.

Registered participants plus one accompanying person travelling to the event are automatically granted a discount of up to 20%, depending on fare and class of travel booked.
