Badges
Access to all scientific sessions will only be possible with your personal name badge which you will receive at the registration desk at the main entrance of the congress centre in Düsseldorf. Please always wear your badge! € 30.– will be charged for replacement of a lost badge.Cameras and Recordings
Cassette recorders, cameras and video cameras are not allowed in lecture halls during all sessions.Certificates
Certificates will be available from Friday afternoon onwards at the Pre-Registration desks. Changes of certificates due to incorrect submission of names and/or address will be charged € 10.–.We kindly ask you to complete the evaluation form which can be obtained at the Pre-Registration desks and drop it completed in the box before printing your certificate.
For Italian delegates the certificate will be sent after the congress. Italian delegates need to fill out the evaluation form at the Pre-Registration desk in order to receive their CME credits. The CME certificate will be sent after the congress.

The Congress Center Düsseldorf (CCD) is an international known conference venue ideally located in Düsseldorf. Set on the banks of the Rhine and linked to Messe Düsseldorf exhibition centre, only three kilometres from Germany’s third largest airport and five kilometres from the Old Town, the CCD complex combines with exhibition halls 1 and 3 a flexible room concept for up to 15’000 visitors. Insurance
The congress organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of the congress. Internet terminals will be available for all congress participants. They are located on the 1st floor in the industrial exhibition. In addition, the entire congress centre (not poster area and Main Auditorium) is equipped with wireless-LAN with free access.Language

Accredited journalists are welcome to cover the ECTRIMS 2009. Upon presentation of your press identification, registration will be free of charge. A fully equipped press centre is at your disposal located on the 1st floor.The official ECTRIMS press conference will take place on Wednesday, 9 September 2009 from 13:00 –14:00 in the press conference room.

Most shops are open Monday – Friday from 09:00–19:00, Saturday from 09:00–17:00. In the city centre the shops are open every week day from 09:00–20:00. All major credit cards are accepted.Speakers’ Service Centre (SSC)
The Speakers’ Service Centre (SSC) is located on the 1st floor of the congress centre and is connected to all the lecture halls. All speakers must hand in their PowerPoint presentations at the SSC at least 1 hour before the start of their lecture.The Speakers’ Service Centre will already be open on Tuesday, 8 September 2009 from 14:00 –18:00.
Tours Desk
