Congress Registration
A congress bag including all documents (Final Programme, Abstract Book, name badge, vouchers, etc.) will be distributed to the registered participants during the following opening hours:| Wednesday, 9 September 2009 | 07:30–18:00 |

The registration fee for participants includes unlimited access to all scientific sessions, Welcome Reception, lunch (first come, first served) and coffee during the meeting, conference bag and abstract supplement. The fee for accompanying persons includes the Welcome Reception as well as access to the industrial exhibition.

Please note that online registration is no longer possible. We kindly ask you to either register by sending us the registration form or by registering on-site.Registration Form
If you do not have access to the Internet, please send the registration form by 15 July 2009 (reduced registration fee) to the Administrative Secretariat in Basel.Group Registration
For group registration please contact the Administrative Secretariat (ectrims@congrex.com) who is pleased to offer you special group registration facilities. Please do not use the online registration for group registrations!Responsibility
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the nonappearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the congress centre as proof of your registration.Cancellation / Refund Policy
Refund of registration fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until 22 July 2009 to the Administrative Secretariat in Basel, Switzerland. After this date no refund will be possible.Badges
Access to all scientific sessions will only be possible with your personal name badge which you will receive at the registration desk at the main entrance of the congress centre in Düsseldorf. Please always wear your badge! € 30.– will be charged for replacement of a lost badge.Information
