Hotel Accommodation

Hotel rooms in various price categories in the city of Gothenburg have been reserved.

Online bookings

Participants can book their hotel room via internet. Full prepayment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is mandatory if you register on-line. Each participant will receive a confirmation. After 12 August 2010 hotel accommodation is subject to availability.

Hotel reservation form

Participants can also book their hotel room via the Hotel Reservation Form. Please send it as soon as possible but latest by 12 August 2010, to Congrex Travel Ltd.
After the above mentioned deadline, requests will be accepted, but hotel accommodation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. After this deadline a late reservation fee of € 30 will be charged.

Payment policy

To guarantee your reservation a deposit of € 200 is required. Please include either a copy of your bank transfer, your credit card details or a cheque made payable to Congrex Travel Ltd. Hotel requests without payment can not be accepted. All requests will be handled on a “first come-first served basis”.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If your reservation is cancelled before 12 August 2010, the prepayment or deposit will be refunded less € 60 handling fee. If your reservation is cancelled after 12 August 2010, no refunds can be made. Any change of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of € 30.
Changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Congrex Travel Ltd. If you arrive later or leave earlier than the originally booked dates the hotel might charge no-show costs.

Hotel desk

Congrex Travel Ltd. will be present with a desk in the registration area during the meeting.
