Congress Registration

A congress bag including all documents (Final Programme, Abstract Book, name badge, vouchers, etc.) will be distributed to the registered participants during the following opening hours:

The same opening hours will be applied for on-site registrations. Please note that on-site registrants cannot be guaranteed to receive all congress documents.

Registration Fees (in Euro)

* Physicians in training: colleagues born after 1 January 1975; copy of passport required
Therapists: confirmation from head of department required
** RIMS members must provide a receipt of their membership status 2010

The registration fee for participants includes unlimited access to all scientific sessions, the Industrial Exhibition, the Welcome Reception, one congress bag, one copy of the Final Programme, one copy of the Abstract Supplement, lunch (first come, first served) and coffee during the meeting.
The fee for accompanying persons includes the Welcome Reception as well as access to the Industrial Exhibition.

Participants are given the opportunity to register for the congress and social events via the following link: Online-Registration.
Please follow the instructions on the website carefully. Online registration is only valid with credit card payment (Visa / Mastercard / AMEX). If you have no credit card please return the enclosed registration form together with your payment until 18 August 2010 (reduced registration fee).

Please do not use the online registration for groups!

Group Registration

In order to make a group registration please download the special group registration form. On this form you can enter all participants’ information together with your postal address and contact details. Please note that we need the complete individual addresses (hospital, department, street name and number, postal code, city) of each participant.

On-site Registration

The registration desk at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre is open during the following hours:

All documents including registration packets (congress wallet, personal name badge, abstract book, vouchers) will be handed over to the registered participants.

On-site registration will be accepted but it cannot be guaranteed to receive all congress documents. Please arrive early, if you wish to register on-site.

Payment of Fees

All fees for congress registration and social events should be paid in EUR (€) to the ECTRIMS 2010 Administrative Secretariat – clearly stating the participant’s name and address:

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the Registration Desk at the congress centre as proof of your registration.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Refund of registration fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until 25 August 2010 to the Administrative Secretariat in Basel, Switzerland. After this date no refund will be possible. For any change of names, a fee of € 30 will be charged. On-site changes of name badges due to incorrect submission of names and/or address data will be charged at € 10.

Responsibility

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the nonappearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.

Badges

Access to all scientific sessions will only be possible with your personal name badge which you will receive at the Registration Desk at the main entrance of the congress centre in Gothenburg. Please always wear your badge! € 30 will be charged for replacement of a lost badge.
