Hotel rooms in various price categories in the city of Amsterdam have been reserved.

Hotel Reservations

Participants can book their hotel room via internet. Full prepayment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is mandatory if you register  on-line. Each participant will receive a confirmation.
If you have no access to the Internet, please send the enclosed Hotel Reservation Form to Congrex Travel Ltd. After 15 August 2011 hotel accommodation is subject to availability and a late reservation fee or € 30 will be charged.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If your reservation is cancelled before 15 August 2011, the prepayment or deposit will be refunded less € 60 handling fee. If your reservation is cancelled after 15 August 2011, no refunds can be made. Any change of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of € 30. Changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Congrex Travel Ltd. If you arrive later or leave earlier than the originally booked dates the hotel might charge no-show costs.

Congrex Travel offers reduced airfares for delegates attending the 5th Joint Triennial Congress of the ECTRIMS / ACTRIMS. These special fares are available for flights to Amsterdam and back between 14 October and 27 October 2011. Savings of up to 20% are possible, depending on the route and availability.
