Online Registration
 Participants can register for the congress online.
Please follow the instructions carefully.

Please note: For registration via Internet credit card payment is required.

Registration form
If you have no access to the Internet, please send the registration form together with your payment before February 9, 2001 (reduced registration fee) to the Administrative Secretariat in Basel.

The fees should be paid – clearly stating the participant‘s name and address – in Euro (EUR) either by bank transfer (free of charge) to UBS AG, Basel/Switzerland, Account No. 233-503.010.70Y (EFIM 2001) by Euro cheque or by credit card (Visa, American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard).

*** The accompanying person(s) registration fee entitles to the participation at the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on May 9, 2001, the half-day tour of Edinburgh on May, 10, the full day tour outside Edinburgh on May, 11 and free access to the industrial exhibition during the congress.

All documents including registration packets (congress wallet, personal name badge, abstract book, vouchers) will be handed over to the registered participants during the following opening hours:

Wednesday, May 9, 2001: 12.00 – 20.30 h
Thursday, May 10, 2001: 07.30 – 18.30 h
Friday, May 11, 2001: 07.30 – 18.00 h
Saturday, May 12, 2001: 08.30 – 13.45 h

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the Conference Center as proof of your registration.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Refund of registration fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until April 2, 2001 to the Administrative Secretariat in Basel / Switzerland. After this date no refund will be possible. For any change of names, a fee of EUR 30.– will be charged.
