What is included?

At the 3rd International Symposium on Bronchoscopic and Surgical Treatment of Emphysema, you will be able to:

• Attend all scientific sessions (subject to the room’s capacity)
• Get a printed programme flyer
• Catering during lunch and coffee breaks

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to registration@congrex.com.
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Cancellations received up and including 18 January 2019 minus 25 % handling fee
• No refund on cancellations after 18 January 2019, even if due to illness, Visa rejection etc.

The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration nor visa refusal. In these case cancellation will apply.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, we will send out a confirmation of payment and registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the conference centre as proof of your registration.

Invitation letter

The organizers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration and fee have been received. It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants obtaining a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the congress to provide any financial support. You may request such a letter during the online registration or from the Congress Secretariat at registration@congrex.com.

All fees for congress registration and additional courses should be paid in CHF in advance to the Congress Secretariat, clearly stating the participant’s name and address.

Responsibility

The participant acknowledges that he / she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this provison.
