Teaching Courses during the ENS Meeting are subject to ENS congress registration.

Please note, that certificates for teaching course participation are only handed out during the respective courses and cannot be issued afterwards.
Subscription to the Journal of Neurology Should the Meeting participant not be a member of ENS, he/she will receive temporary membership for the year 2007, which includes a one-year free subscription to the Journal of Neurology. This free subscription is valid for all issues of 2007.
Interactive case presentations Interactive Case Presentations
What is your decision? (Saturday morning) are free of charge.
Practical sessions in neurophysiology The workshops will emphasise practical and methodological matters and attendants are encouraged to raise topics for discussion and debate.
The charge for each session only is € 10.–, registration is limited and on a “first come – first served” basis.

Responsibility The participant acknowledges that he / she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the Meeting be hindered or prevented by political events (such as acts of terrorism, danger of hostility, war etc.) or by unexpected economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
Payment of fees Payment in Euro (€) can be effected either by bank transfer (free of charge) to UBS AG, Basel, Account No. 503.010.53 W (ENS 07) in EUR, Clearing 233, Swift Code UBSWCHZH80A, IBAN CH59 0023 3233 5030 1053 W, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by bank cheque.
Confirmation Upon receipt of the full registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please present this confirmation at the registration desk as proof of your registration.
Cancellation/name change Refund of fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing up to May 18, 2007. After this date no refund will be possible. For any change of names, a fee of € 30.– will be charged.
On-site changes of name badges due to incorrect submission of names and/or address data will be charged € 10.–.
Badges Access to all scientific sessions will only be possible with your personal name badge which you will receive at the registration desk in Rhodes. Please always wear your badge! Lost badges will only be replaced with proof of your original registration.
Hotel AKM Travel will be present at a special desk in the congress secretariat during the meeting. Please refer to the Hotel counter.
