Travel to and within Nice

The Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport, located only a 15 minutes drive (5 km) east of the city centre, is the second largest in France with 82 direct connections to 27 countries worldwide.
By bus

Public buses connect the airport with the city centre leaving every 30 minutes from 6.00 to 21.00. The public transport system (buses) is efficient and provides connections to all parts of the city.

From Terminal one or two, take the airport bus to town. Half-hourly Service 98 will take you to the bus station Nice Gare Routiere via the Promenade, with stops along the way for all the main hotels. Service 99 as an alternative also runs every half hour and will take you partway along the Promenade and then up to the Railway station Nice Gare SNCF.

  • Day rate (7.00 to 19.00): € 1.56 per kilometer.
  • Night rate (19.00 to 7.00 + Sundays and bank holidays): € 2.08 per kilometer.
  • Pick-up charge: € 2.50.
  • Waiting time or slow driving per hour: € 24.70.
  • Minimum fare: € 5.50.
