Speakers’
Service
Centre (SSC)

The Speakers’ Service Centre (SSC) is located on level 2. All lecture rooms will be equipped with a computer and a data projector (beamer) for PowerPoint presentations. PowerPoint presentations must be handed in via CD-ROM, USB compatible memory stick, or via your own laptop at the SSC before the lecture.

It is essential for the smooth running of the congress that all speakers hand in their PowerPoint presentations at least one hour before the beginning of the session. Speakers will have the opportunity to check their presentations on PCs available in the SSC.

Posters

Posters will be displayed for one half-day.

Following the successful introduction of Poster walks at ENS, we will once again offer these walks to enliven the poster display. Authors are kindly asked to be present for the duration of the poster session in which their posters are on display.
All authors are requested to mount and remove their posters at the times mentioned below. The same poster boards will be used for the following session. Posters still hanging at the end of the removal time will be disposed of by the organisers.
