Teaching Courses, Workshops and Practical sessions during the ENS Meeting are subject to ENS registration.

 

Please note that certificates for teaching course participation are only handed out during the respective courses and cannot be issued afterwards.
Group Registration In order to make a group registration, please send by email an Excel sheet showing all participants, together with your postal address and contact details.
Please note that we need the complete individual addresses (hospital, department, street name and number, postal code, city) of each participant.

Subscription
to the
Journal of
Neurology		 Has the Meeting participant registered as non-member, he/she will receive temporary membership for the year 2009, which includes a one-year free subscription to the Journal of Neurology.
This free subscription is valid for all issues of 2009.
Responsibility The participant acknowledges that he / she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the Meeting be hindered or prevented by political events (such as acts of terrorism, danger of hostility, war etc.) or by unexpected economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
Confirmation Please present the confirmation which you received at the registration desk as proof of your registration.
Cancellation/
name change		 To receive a refund of fees, less 25% administrative charges was possible till 28 May 2009. After this date no refund is possible. For any change of names, a fee of € 30.– will be charged.
On-site changes of name badges due to incorrect submission of names and/or address data will be charged € 10.–.
Badges Access to all scientific sessions will only be possible with your personal name badge which you will receive at the registration desk on Level 1 in Milan. Please always wear your badge!
€ 30.– will be charged for replacement of a lost badge.
