Allocation of meeting rooms will be done according to availability and suitability of the individual meetings. Individual requests will be considered wherever possible.

Technical Equipment
Various technical equipment and services are available for rent for your meeting room. The price is not included in the room rental fee. Please indicate your technical requirements within your meeting room request.

Once you have received a confirmation for your room booking, you can place your catering order directly with the following catering service:

The official congress opening hours are:

If you require access to your meeting room outside of these times, please contact the administrative secretariat. Early or late access can be arranged but is subject to an additional fee.

Room rental prices depend on the booking period and size of the room. Once we have received the details of your room needs, we will send you an offer.
