Award
In memory of Prof. PK Thomas the ENS is pleased to announce the PK Thomas Award for the best paper on peripheral nerve disorders. Prof. PK Thomas graciously left an annual sum of € 500.– for awarding the best paper on peripheral nerve disorders. The papers will be evaluated during the ENS meeting and the prize winner will be notified in writing after the congress.
Badges
Access to all scientific sessions is only possible with your personal badge which you receive at the registration desk in Prague. Please always wear your badge. € 30.– will be charged for replacement of lost badge.

An ATM/cash machine is located outside entrance 4 in the bank.
Certificates
Certificates of attendance
Certificates of attendance are available as from Monday afternoon onwards at the Pre-Registration desks. Changes of certificate due to incorrect submission of names and/or addresses will be charged € 10.–
CME certificates
To claim your CME credits, please fill in the online evaluation form at the congress website www.congrex.ch/ens2012 after the meeting. In order to do so, please use your personal access code, which is given to you on a voucher with you badge.
After completing the questionnaire you can print the certificate indicating the CME credits.
Cloakroom
A cloakroom is available on the ground floor near the escalators during the secretariat opening hours, and can be used free of charge.
Coffee breaks
Morning and afternoon coffee breaks are included in the registration fee and are served in the exhibition area.
ENS
Throughout the meeting, ENS staff will be available at the ENS booth to answer questions you may have or to deal with any matters concerning the ENS.

The meeting organiser cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
Internet Corner
Several internet terminals are located in the exhibition area and are available to all congress participants during the opening hours of the exhibition.
Language
The official language of the congress is English. No simultaneous translation is provided. The national language of the Czech Republic is Czech, although English is widely spoken.
Lunch
Light lunch is included in the registration fee and is served in the exhibition area. First come first serve.
Mobile phones
Please be aware that mobile phones must be switched off during the sessions.
Press Registration and Media Centre
A media centre with wireless internet access is available to registered journalists. Press representatives must register at the secretariat showing their official press accreditation. The Media Centre is located on the second floor (see
floor plan).
Speakers’ Service Centre (SSC)
There is a SSC connected to all lecture rooms located on the second floor. All speakers are asked to hand in their PowerPoint presentations at least one hour before their lecture at the SSC.
Teaching Course Manuscripts
All teaching course manuscripts can be accessed online after the congress. Please go to the congress website www.congrex.ch/ens2012 (menu Scientific Programme), where you can log-in with your email address and the password: ENS2012!
Transportation tickets
Free transportation tickets are available at the Congress Secretariat which can be used for the metro, bus and trams in Prague during the duration of the conference.
Venue
The 22nd ENS annual meeting takes place at the Prague Congress Centre (
www.kcp.cz).
It is situated in a unique location with a beautiful panoramic view of Prague with its large parks, the Vltava River and Prague Castle. Prague Congress Centre is right next to Vyšehrad metro station (line C), three stops south of down-town Prague (can be reached within 8 minutes).

Visa requirements
All foreign visitors to the Czech Republic must possess a passport valid for at least the next six months. Please note that visa application procedures can take up to two months and that it is not possible to obtain a visa a the Prague Airport.
