Accommodation Information
Accommodation has been reserved in various price categories throughout Lisbon at preferential rates. Rooms will be offered on a “first come-first served” basis. Deadline for room reservations is 14 July 2010. Room reservations after this date can only be handled upon availability.

Online bookings
Participants can book their hotel room via Internet. After a successful booking, each participant will receive a written confirmation by regular mail or fax.
Hotel reservation form
As an alternative to the online booking, you can send the Hotel Booking Form (pdf). A written confirmation will be sent by regular mail or fax.
Group booking
In order to book rooms for several persons, you are kindly asked to directly contact AIMS Portugal.
Payment policy
Accommodation can only be guaranteed when a deposit of one night has been received by AIMS International Portugal. Payment can be done by bank transfer or by credit card. The deposit amount will be deducted from the hotel bill when checking out. At the check-out the hotel will give you the invoice/receipt. After 14 August 2010 only payment by credit card will be accepted. Hotel requests without payment cannot be accepted.
Cancellation / refund policy for individual reservations
All cancellations/changes must be done in writing by email, letter or fax to AIMS Portugal. If your hotel reservation is cancelled before 14 June 2010, the deposit will be refunded. If your reservation is cancelled after 14 June 2010 or in case of no show, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refund can be made. Any change of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of € 20.–
