Hotel accomodation
Accommodation in hotels of various price categories in the vicinity of the conference centre and in the city centre has been reserved.
Participants can book their hotel rooms online or by means of the Hotel Reservation Form. Please note that hotel accommodation is subject to availability and will be limited after 31 August 2011.

All rates are per room and per night, including breakfast, service and taxes.
Booking by Means of Reservation Form
In order to ensure suitable accommodation, please complete the Hotel Reservation Form (interactive PDF) and return the signed form to Congrex Travel AG as soon as possible but not later than 31 August 2011. After this date requests will still be accepted, however, hotel accommodation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
A deposit of CHF 150 per reservation is requested. The following forms of payment are accepted:
- Bank transfer to UBS AG, CH-4002 Basel, Switzerland, Account Number 233-595400.01R, IBAN Number CH18 0023 3233 5954 0001R, BIC UBSWCHZH80A
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard. A 5 % handling fee applies for American Express
Upon receipt of the deposit, each participant will receive a final confirmation with an invoice. Full payment has to be made to Congrex Travel AG by 31 August 2011.

Please carefully follow the in structions and note the following:
- Bookings are only possible against full payment by credit card upon reservation.
- Payment by credit card is mandatory.
- If your reservation is successful, you will receive a written confirmation by regular mail.
- For online bookings, after 31 August 2011 hotel accommodation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
If your hotel reservation is cancelled before 31 August 2011, the amount will be refunded less CHF 60 handling fee. If your reservation is cancelled after 31 August 2011, or if you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds can be made.
Changes
Any change of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of CHF 30. Changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Congrex Travel AG, Basel. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
