Participants are given the opportunity to register for the conference and the social events and tours as well as to book hotel accommodation via the same link.
Please do not use the online registration for group registrations.
For online registrations, payment by credit card is required.

Should you prefer to make the payment by bank transfer or cheque, please complete the registration form (interactive PDF) and return the signed form to the Conference Secretariat by 31 August 2011 in order to profit from the lowest rate.
For group registrations of 10 persons and more, please contact the FIDIC office (fidic@fidic.org).
For invoicing purposes, please provide us with the contact person of your association or company along with the association or company name, complete postal address and contact details (phone, fax and e-mail).
Upon receipt of your registrations you will receive the invoice and the confirmation by post. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) or bank transfer.
Participants registering onsite cannot be guaranteed to receive all congress documents. Therefore, please arrive early if you wish to register onsite. Please also note that the availability of hotel accommodation at that time may be limited.
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the Registration Desk at the conference centre as proof of your registration.
Refund of registration fees, less 25 % administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until 16 September 2011 to the Administrative Secretariat in Basel. After this date no refund will be possible.
For any change of names, a fee of CHF 30 will be charged. Onsite changes of name badges due to incorrect submission of names and/or address data will be charged at CHF 20.
Associations and companies can order one transferable badge which gives entrance to the session rooms. Should more than one person wish to attend the business sessions at the same time, further personal registrations can be made at regular rates online or onsite.
The participant acknowledges that he / she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by political events (such as acts of terrorism, danger of hostility, war, etc.) or by unexpected economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his / her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
