Accompanying Persons Programme

Registration

Accompanying persons can collect their badges and registration packs at the Registration Desk in the conference centre as from Sunday, 2 October 2011 at 13.00.

Registration Fee

The fees for accompanying persons include:

  • Welcome Reception
  • Opening Ceremony
  • Coffee break on Monday, 3 October 2011 taking place after the Opening Ceremony from 10.00 – 10.30
  • Gala Dinner
  • Congress train return ticket (Zurich Airport – Davos – Zurich Airport). The ticket is distributed at the FIDIC Welcome Desk at Zurich Airport (Terminal 1 and 2).

Optional Tours

Several optional tours are offered for accompanying persons.
Meeting point for all tours (excluding the post-conference tours) is 15 minutes before the start of the respective tour at the main entrance (Talstrasse) of the conference centre.
