Panmunjeom:
The road at Panmunjeom, which was known historically as Highway One in the South, was originally the only access point between the two countries on the Korean Peninsula and thus the only place for people from North and South Korea to hold talks. The passage is comparable to the strict movements that occurred at Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin at the height of the Cold War. Panmunjeom is a historic place that holds significance of representing the tension and conflict that existed during the Cold War and is testimony to the division of the Korean Peninsula.

Gyeongju, which was the capital of the Shilla Kingdom for almost a thousand years, preserves a vast amount of significant and fascinating historical heritages.
Along with Bulkuksa Temple and Seokguram Grotto, the Gyeongju Historical District has been designated as an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Thanks to the bountiful historical, natural and cultural attractions, this region has been a major tourist destination in Korea for a long time.

Hahoi is the village where the members of Ryu family which originated from Hahoi Village have lived together for 600 years. It is a representative village where tile-roofed and thatched-roofed houses have been quite well conserved for a long time. Hahoi Village, along with Yangdong Village in Gyeongju, was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List under the category of «Historic Villages in Korea» in 2010. Jeju Island, also known as the “Island of the Gods,” is a popular vacation spot. The island’s mixture of volcanic rock, frequent rains and temperate climate, makes it very similar to the Hawaiian Islands. The island offers visitors a wide range of activities: hiking on Halla-san Mountain (South Korea’s highest peak), catching sunrises and sunsets over the ocean, viewing majestic waterfalls, riding horses, or just relaxing on the sandy beaches.

Tours are based on a minimum of 10 participants.
If a tour does not take place due to insufficient numbers, the ticket will be reimbursed in full. Otherwise please note that tickets for excursions are non-refundable. On-site requests for tours are welcome but cannot be guaranteed.
Tours include private chartered bus, English speaking guide, entrance fee of all tour places, toll and parking fee and when mentioned in the itinerary hotel accommodation and meals.
