*Students/Trainees will need to provide proof (written certification from employer confirming the trainee status**Speakers and Chairs of a Symposium, Teaching Course, Round Table, Video Session and Case Discussion (by invitation only) are kindly requested to register as  “Speaker / Chair”. Deadline: Sunday, 4 October 2015. From Monday,5 October 2015 on the normal registration fee will apply.Important: Oral and poster speakers please register as “Participant”.

Online Registration

Participants are given the opportunity to register for the congress, networking events and lunch online. Please follow the instructions on the website carefully. Online registration is valid with credit card payment (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) or by bank transfer. Please note that for all bank transfers an Admission of € 5.- applies.
On-site registration will be accepted but receipt of all congress documents cannot be guaranteed.

Group Registration

In order to make a group registration, please request the special group registration form from the Organising Secretariat. On this form you can enter all participants’ information together with your postal address and contact details. Please note that we need the complete individual addresses (email, hospital, department, street name and number, postal code, city) of each participant. Press Registration

Accredited journalists are welcome to cover the Worldsleep2015. Please use the online registration and upload your press identification.


Vouchers for lunch can be bought when registering for € 25.00 per day from Saturday until Tuesday and includes a salad, a hot dish and a dessert as well as soft drinks. Participants who have ordered lunch will receive a voucher for the lunch together with their registration material.
No lunch tickets can be bought onsite.


The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the nonappearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
By finishing the application, the participant declares that he/she agrees to its personal and company data being processed by Congrex Switzerland Ltd. and that this data may be used for information purposes on congresses and events in related fields organized by Congrex Switzerland Ltd. In the opposing case, the participant notifies Congrex Switzerland Ltd. at the time of returning the signed application.


Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the conference centre as proof of your registration.

Cancellation/ Name change

Refund of fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until 10 June 2015 to the Organizing Secretariat. After this date no refund will be possible. Please note that full payment is also required if a registered delegate is not participation the congress. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time. For any change of names, a fee of € 30.– will be charged.
On-site changes of name badges due to incorrect submission of names and/or address data will be charged € 10.–.
