Oral Presentations

Each meeting room will be equipped with a PC and a data projector for PowerPoint presentations only. Each Speaker can review the presentation at the lecture hall, where it must be handed in at least one hour before the session. (PowerPoint files can be brought on a CD-ROM, memory stick or laptop.)

Authors are kindly asked to be present at their posters during their respective Poster Session and the times shown above.

 

All authors are required to mount and remove their posters at the above mentioned times.

 

Location of Posters

The poster exhibition will take place in the Exhibition Hall.

Vertical Presentation: height 160 cm (92.992 inches), width 120 cm (47.244 inches)

 

Publication of Abstracts

All accepted abstracts are published in the MipTec 2009 abstract book available during the conference.

 

Speakers’ Service Center

The Speakers’ Service Center is located on the first floor at the back of Room Montreal. (Left side, please use stairs to the interpreters booth).
